Meet Your Artist

Salon 17 was founded by Caroline – an artist at heart with a background in design. After a decade in London working as a textile designer Caroline returned home to Wales and turned to cosmetic tattooing. She now applies her drawing skills when creating eyebrows that are tailored to each individual client, their face shape, hair colour and style preferences.

A Peaceful Garden Studio

It’s so important to us that you feel comfortable during your appointment. Our salon is tucked away in the garden of Caroline’s home making it a private, relaxed environment where we give you the space and time to discuss your preferences, preview the design and make any changes before going ahead with your tattooing.
